Life can be extremely challenging at times which may cause us to feel alone and that there is no way things will get better. Therapy is a great way to navigate these difficult times with a fresh perspective and the tools that encourage effective coping. Together we can move through this journey and help you feel more able to trust abilities going forward.
After obtaining a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health in 2016, I worked in outpatient, integrated care, as well as inpatient treatment. After gaining my LPC, I have been in an outpatient setting. I primarily work with adolescents, and adults to conquer the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and psychosis. My specialty is working with grief and trauma and I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, (EMDR). I utilize this modality to successfully treat trauma. I also utilize CBT, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Narrative Therapy to aid in creating an individualized approach to best address your specific concerns.
